Refunds & Returns

At Thesaugaat.com, each gift is thoughtfully curated and carefully packed. Since we deal in gifting items, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds.

1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of gifting products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an incorrect product

✅ Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)

  • Photos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • Order ID

Without an unboxing video, claims will not be accepted.

3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect address provided by customer

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Slight variations in color/design (as products are handcrafted or photographed under studio lighting)
